• Super Retail Holding establishes an annual sponsorship budget for all retail chains.
• Only organizations registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) or with a CRIB number are eligible for sponsorship.
• Sponsorship requests can be submitted to one of our retail chains.
• Each organization can only be sponsored once per year and by one retail chain.

• Sponsorship is limited to initiatives and organizations in Curaçao, Bonaire and Aruba
• We only provide sponsorship in the form of products from our retail chains or gift cards; financial contributions are not provided.

We do not sponsor:

• Individuals or personal initiatives.
• Organizations involved in illegal or unethical practices.
• Organizations with pronounced religious or political views.

• A sponsorship request must be submitted at least two weeks before the initiative takes place.
• Sponsorship is provided directly to the organization, not through third parties or intermediaries.
• Even if a request meets all requirements, Super Retail Holding reserves the right to reject it.

Every sponsorship request must include:

1. An overview of the organization and its objectives.
2. A clear description of the initiative or project, including the execution date.
3. Information about the target audience of the initiative or project.
4. A detailed budget with a breakdown of all costs.
5. Mention of the relevant retail chain in promotional materials, if applicable.

The management team of Super Retail Holding, in collaboration with the retail chains, decides which sponsorship requests are granted. Super Retail Holding reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its sole discretion and to determine the products provided for sponsorship.
