I receive an error message when creating a Super Retail Online account, what should I do?

It works best to create an account on a device with a larger screen and with Chrome as your web browser. If it still doesn’t work, please contact our customer service: online@super-retail.com or +5999 465-2144.

My district is not in the overview when registering, which one should I select?

You can easily select the nearest district.

Who is Super Retail Online intended for?

Super Retail Online is intended for consumers, not for companies. We only transport consumer goods to the end user that have been purchased from a Dutch recognized webshop.

So if you are:

I don’t see the correct import category (ONLY CURACAO) in the shipping calculator, which one can I select to still have a good indication of the costs?

ONLY FOR CURACAO: Select the import category ‘Other’ which calculates with 10.5% import duties, which is the most common rate. Please note that the costs may be disappointing afterwards if you order a product with a higher import tariff. Of course, it may also be a pleasant surprise if the import tariff is lower.

Ordering

Can I use “pay later” at the webshop?

No, the goods that are sent to the islands MUST be paid for in the Netherlands. So you cannot use “pay later” like Klarna.

IKEA orders

At Super Retail Online we have high quality standards for handling packages, and unfortunately IKEA’s transport process does not meet these standards.

We have noticed that IKEA’s delivery process often does not run correctly, resulting in missing items when orders arrive at our delivery address in the Netherlands. In addition, the goods are not packaged seaworthy, which significantly increases the chance of damage during transport. This has led to damaged orders on several occasions, which understandably causes a lot of disappointment among our customers.

Our priority is to provide high-quality service and to ensure the quality of your order during transport. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this for IKEA orders.

What phone number do I need to fill in at the webshop?

Some webshops ask for a phone number when checking out, fill in the following phone number: +31 6 825 765 03

Can my order also be delivered in the weekend or after 6 PM in the Netherlands?

Orders can only be delivered from Monday to Friday from 9 AM – 5 PM to our address: Contour Avenue 81, 2133 LD Hoofddorp

Can I pay by debit card?

Yes, you can only pay by debit card or credit card.

Where can I find the receipt of my purchase?

You can download and save/print the receipt of your purchase from the Super Retail Online portal. After logging in, click on your order number, here you will find the “customer invoice”.

Purchases on marktplaats.nl or other auction sites

Unfortunately, products purchased via marktplaats.nl or other auction sites cannot be shipped with Super Retail Online.

The webshop asks for a VAT number, what now?

It is possible that the webshop in the Netherlands asks for a VAT identification number. In that case, enter the VAT identification number of Super Retail Online: NL862242885B01

Dutch VAT return

The webshop does not give me an invoice with VAT, what now?

Your order can still be sent, uncheck the box “Do you want to get the VAT back” for your order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to get the VAT back without a VAT invoice. As a result, we cannot offset the paid VAT with the transport costs and import duties.

Shipping to Curacao and Bonaire

What are the additional costs for different sizes?

If your package has a different size, this is not a problem. However, we do charge some additional costs. A different size requires more volume for transport, which makes transport a bit more expensive. For packages larger than 100cm we charge 25 euros and for packages larger than 200cm we charge 50 euros. These costs are stated in the transport costs and are simply visible in your calculation, clear and transparent, right?

How long will my order be on its way?

Air freight: For Curacao, please allow 3 working days from the moment your order is delivered to us in the Netherlands. For Bonaire, it may take longer because there is 1 flight available per week (Saturday or Sunday).

Sea freight: Please allow 4-5 weeks from the moment your order is delivered to us in the Netherlands.

What are the costs?

In the cost indicator you can get an indication of the costs. Enter the price, the dimensions including the weight. Select air freight or sea freight and select the import duty category (not for Bonaire, where the ABB applies). Please note: this is only an indication. The transport rates are subject to change and no rights can be derived from them.

Can all goods be transported by air freight?

NO, unfortunately not. For example, power banks (batteries), fragrances (EDT) and pressurized containers (aerosols) cannot be transported by air freight. These can be taken with our sea freight shipments.

Can I also send a package from a family member/friend via Super Retail Online?

No, unfortunately, this is not possible. Super Retail Online is only intended to send products that have been purchased from an official webshop.

Which goods can NOT be transported with Super Retail Online?

Unfortunately, not all goods can be transported or imported with Super Retail Online. Products that are NOT accepted are:

  1. Food and nutritional supplements
  2. Medical goods, such as face masks
  3. Vitamins and medicines
  4. Live animals, plants and flowers
  5. Fireworks
  6. Illegal goods, such as firearms, drugs etc.
  7. Goods in the category “Dangerous goods”/”hazardous substances”

What is volumetric weight for air freight?

Volumetric weight is the weight assigned to a package depending on its dimensions. A large package of 2KG can have a (much) higher volumetric weight due to its large dimensions. The highest weight of volumetric weight or actual weight is calculated in the transport costs. The volumetric weight can be calculated as follows:

height in cm x width in cm x depth in cm divided by 1,000 times 0.167

Example: A package of 33cm x 80cm x 45cm has a volumetric weight of 19.8KG (33x80x45 / 1,000 x 0.167).

Our cost indicator takes all of this into account when calculating the transport costs, so always fill in the correct dimensions of the packaging box!

Location and pickup

Where and when can I pick up my order?

You can pick up your order at the Super Retail Online pick up point. Don’t forget to bring your ID, you may be asked for it.

On Curacao this is in Saliña. DA and Pearle Vision are located at the front of the building, the Super Retail Online pick up point is at the back of the building. An order can be picked up from Monday to Saturday between 9 AM and 6 PM.

On Bonaire this is at Kaya Gob. N Debrot at the Super Retail stores (DA/Pearle Vision/Bruna and Top1Toys). An order can be picked up on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday between 9 AM and 5 PM and on Thursday and Friday between 9 AM and 1 PM.
